Product Description
Our subscription Quilt box will ship 6x a year, every other month starting in February. We want to open our boxes up to a wide range of fabrics, designers, notions, on-going projects, notions and gadgets, sure to bring much joy and lots of inspiration.
Our Quilt Box ideas are as follows... themed boxes, re-creating some of my antique quilts in smaller versions or mini quilts. Small hand piecing or EPP, small and easy cross-stitch, quilts with a little hand applique or embroidery, pin cushions, pouches, totes, pillows an on-going block project that will grow into a larger quilt. Our main focus will be smaller quilts but I also want to stretch the possibilities to include other patchwork/sewing projects.
We are excited to feature guest designers along with working with all kinds of fabrics to bring you a wide range fun opportunities. We love to hangout with quilt designers and give them another platform to show their work. After all this is really about us. We all share the same love...fabric and creating.
With the budget of $60 we have limitations but we know we can deliver fun boxes at a 30% off price point of $40. We have added $5 ($10.00 for international) to each box for shipping and you all know if you shipped anything lately that is a shared cost. You will be able to join at anytime as long as the subscription is not full to capacity. Cancellations also can be at anytime, but you must take the next box, as we plan months ahead. Our boxes are billed every other month on the 15th and this will be easy and automatic no need to pay each month. They will ship at the end of the month after all billing is cleared and this gives us a shipping cushion. When signing up for the subscription, there is a dollar charge. You will be compensated for this charge by having the first box of your subscription be a dollar off.

Quilting Box
Love this box just start last year with the Carousel yearly quilt. When I opened the fabric I thought these are not my colours but decided to make it anyway. Guess what they are my colours love the quilt still a bit behind but thats alright I will finish it. Thank you for showing me that things can mix defferent types of fabric and it will work in a quilt. (I ususally grab a bundle for my quilts) Thank you for these boxes, living in Australia we have to wait abit for the box but I do get a preview with the American ladies that are quick of the mark with their boxes. Waiting to see what this years quilt will be. Thank you everyone at Primitive Gathering

February fabric box
I am always thrilled to open each box. I was looking forward to this one to see what our new project was for the coming year. Well I was a little let down when I found that the whole quilt will be with solid colors. I am not a big fan of solid only quilts. I do like the pattern so will probably use that with fabrics I already have. And 10 yards of background fabric that was suggested seemed to be a lot. I was happy with the other 2 projects & look forward to doing them.

The quilt box subscription
Learning and sewing outside my comfort zone with colors and patterns. Not interested in large bed quilts or cross stitch. Would be nice to have the pattern for 3 different sizes.
