This frame was made to accompany our "I Pledge Allegiance" Punch Needle" project. The finshed outside dimensions are 8" x 19", and it is painted in a white distressed finish.
***Shipping will be based on the weight of the package and where it is going. We are unable to do a base value for Shipping as the cost of shipping varies so much between states.
